The hotel is very upscale and fancy, with excellent service. Our room was unique and modern, equipped with a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Overall, we had a very nice experience.

Stunning, unbeatable location in the downtown area. Only 15 minutes on foot from Casa Port railway station. Had double room with slippers, nice bathroom plus the 5th largest in the world.

The staff was the very best part of this hotel and I HIGHLY recommend it - it was my birthday and they spoiled myself and my friend incredibly! Both at midnight in the bar + on my actual birthday with a delicious cake and presents for both of us. Everyone was really friendly and helpful - a big genuine thank you!

Location really close to the center of the city and near the old city, Ricks cafe and cemetery that dates back to the 19th century. Incredibly attentive staff throughout.
